If the supplier for any reason is unable to provide the end-user with the agreed upons service, we ensure that the source code will be released to the recipient. With the source code the end-user can continue to use the software, and the business continuity is saveguarded.
As a customer you are assured of your business continuity, as a supplier you only release the source code in case of for example a bankruptcy.
