With traditional software escrow or related services a software vendor delivers his material by way of a commercial courier.
The Online Deposit Service makes it possible to upload the [encrypted] material to our secure server 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What service
You simply collect, archive and encrypt the material, and then upload your material using one either HTTPS or SFTP
How do I sign up?
In order to use this service you should already have an agreement with our company and a username/password combination. To obtain this username and password please use our Contact Form.
I want to upload material
If you want to proceed in uploading material to the Online Deposit Server you can either:
- choose "upload" from the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen or click here! (HTTPS)
- use your favorite FTP client / command line to upload
There is no limit on the amount of material you can upload
Please note: that the files will move away as soon as they complete uploading and will no longer be visible, you will receive a notification email to state that the upload was successful for each file. For this reason, please archive all files into a single file (e.g. .zip file) including the EDSF, prior to uploading. Please also ensure that the file that is uploaded describes the deposit (agreement number).
