Back-up

For a SaaS application the data is usually of great importance for the end-user. It is therefore very important that the data is available, also when the supplier is no longer able to perform their contractual obligations. Backing up your data is adviceable. Multiple parties can take care of the back-up for you:

• Back-up by the supplier:
  Riskfull solution.
  It is unlikely the data will be available for the end-user after liquidation.

• Back-up by the end-user:
  Safe solution.

• Back-up by Escrow Europe
  Safe solution.
  Escrow Europe has access to the data and performs verifications. We offer back-up per quarter, month, week, day or even real-time. All data is Integrity Tested.
• Back-up by external back-up party
  Safe solution, if taken to account the following:
  • Payment is done by the supplier:
    The external back-up party is dependent on the supplier and will not be able to keep up services if the supplier isn't able to fulfill payment. Escrow Europe offers multiple solutions for this situation.
  • Payment is done by the end-user:
    The external back-up party is not dependent on the supplier and will continu their service.
