With this type of escrow-agreement - also known as frame-agreement - you offer your clients certainty in continuity. All licensees automatically become beneficiaries of the escrow arrangement. The escrow contact becomes a standard component of the Service Level Agreement.
You only need to setup the escrow arrangement once. Both your existing and new customers automatically take part in the arrangement. Your proactive approach will be much appreciated by your clients and prospects. For a frame-agreement, a Full Verification or higher level verification is mandatory. In this way, the beneficiaries are ensured of a high level of reliability.
