The Deposit

When an escrow-agreement is set up, we request you to make a deposit ready for transfer. This deposit contains the agreed upon material. This in general contains:

• The source code of the application;
• All User Documentation for the application;
• Data (if available);
• Escrow Deposit Specification Form (EDSF).

The deposit can be transfered to Escrow Europe in multiple ways. However the most secure and often used method is through our secured ftp-server. Read more about depositing this way.

The deposit will be Integrity Tested by our Verification Consultants, duplicated and placed in our secure vaults.

Escrow Europe agrees that it is crucial that the securely saved deposit is the latest version. Therefore our process contains an active policy to make sure updates and changes are deposited as soon as possible. The moment a new version is used by the client, should also be the moment the deposit is updated.
