A 3-party Software Escrow agreement is a contract between a supplier, one user and Escrow Europe. The user is the only beneficiary of the contract. As a supplier you are ensured that your intellectual property is in safe hands. Escrow Europe is fully independent hence is not allied to software suppliers or hardware manufacturers.
Every escrow deposit will go through the basic Level I verification. Optionally, the beneficiary can choose for an extended verification. All verifications are carried out at Escrow Europe's offices or at the suppliers. This never happen at the user side. As an independent third party, Escrow Europe ensures that the deposit remains current. In accordance with agreed frequency, we actively initiate deposit of new updates.
Escrow Europe's standard 3-party agreement have proved itself during the past 15 years in practice as in-depth and legitimate for all parties concerned. Of course it is possible to make amendments in the contract where necessary. Our legal advisors are happy to assist you in this matter.
